JEN BRATTON

Instructor/Personal Trainer

I got hooked on group fitness as an IU undergrad, when I discovered the Super Circuit class at the HPER. Over the years, I’ve worked out in chain fitness centers, YMCAs, and boutique studios, taken classes that include step aerobics, kickboxing, Pilates, and completed two marathons and two sprint triathlons.

In 2012, I decided to turn my hobby into a job and got certified as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I’ve been fortunate to work at a couple of the best fitness businesses in Bloomington, and thanks to some of the amazing people I met along the way (Mindy & Jill), I’m teaching at Limestone Fitness.

Outside of Limestone, I work as a marketing strategist in University Communications & Marketing at IU and I’m a licensed real estate agent as well. I love traveling, enjoying great food, hanging out with friends, and spending time with my family. You might also catch me out on a long walk, enjoying a podcast in the great outdoors.

I’m passionate about the life-changing qualities of functional strength and movement, and I love creating classes that both challenge and invigorate our clients. I’m also a big believer in finding the exercise that works for you and the community that inspires you to keep coming back. You’ll find all of that and more at Limestone—hope to see you here soon!
