To purchase one of the options below, please go to our class schedule and select the class you would like to attend. The schedule is connected to TeamUp, our client management system, which will prompt you to purchase your desired Fitness Plan or Class Pack option. Policies
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these policies. Your commitment supports our efforts to ensure that all our classes provide a high-quality workout and a respectful environment for everyone participating in the Limestone Fitness community.
NOTE: Fitness Plans and Class Packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We are a new locally owned business, and we appreciate your support as we grow. However, as we build our membership, we must ensure that we have enough people in class to pay the bills. For this reason, we will teach classes that have a minimum of 2 in-person participants registered 2 hours prior the start time. Online-only classes must have 2 online participants registered 2 hours prior to the start time. Early morning classes require a minimum of 2 participants registered by 11:00 pm on the previous night. Our instructors will communicate to members directly through text when classes are cancelled.

We kindly request that if you are unable to attend a scheduled class, you must “early” cancel your reservation at least two hours before the start time of the class. Early Cancellations do not result in a fee. Late cancellations that fall within the two-hour window will be subject to a cancellation fee of $15 or loss of a class on your pass.

A "no-show" is defined as a student who has made a reservation for a class but fails to attend without canceling their reservation in advance. No-shows disrupt the class flow and prevent others from participating. If you are a no-show for a class without prior cancellation, a "no-show" fee of $15 or loss of a class on your pass will occur. This fee serves to ensure fairness to both students and instructors and to encourage a respectful approach to class attendance.

To cancel a reservation, please log into your TeamUp account through our website or the TeamUp App. From your account dashboard, navigate to your scheduled class(es) and select the option to cancel.
Fitness plans are auto-renewing. They can be cancelled via email after the initial 3 months by contacting admin@limestonefitness.com. Cancellations must be sent at least 30 days prior to the requested end date of the plan.
Fitness plans may also be suspended once per calendar year after the initial 3 months. Suspension requests must be sent via email to admin@limestonefitness.com.
Class Packs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be suspended. These passes start on the first day you attend a class.
Limestone Fitness reserves the right to adjust the schedule, the instructors, or the classes offered at any time without notice.
